HOW WE WORK
Initial Meeting
An initial meeting can be at our showroom or at the job site, depending on whether it is a new construction or a condo/home remodel project. In this meeting we will discuss the scope of the project and what style and look you are wanting. We discuss how we can maximize the given space and come up with some initial design options. We look at different cabinet lines, door styles and finishes, counter top options, flooring, appliances and plumbing fixtures.
Project Proposal
Based on our initial meeting, we will provide an estimate for your project. We offer quotations on all products specified, including cabinets, counter tops, flooring and plumbing fixtures. Once the proposal has been approved, we proceed to a Design Retainer. The Design Retainer amount is based on the proposal and scope of work. You can get a substantial credit applied to the Design Retainer amount if you purchase the cabinets and materials through us and in many cases, a free design!
Design Concept & Development
After you have approved the proposal, we start to design your kitchen, bathroom, office, laundry, media room or any other area with cabinetry. We work closely with you through the design process giving attention to detail and emphasis on efficiency for the spaces designed. We provide cabinet layouts, appliance locations and space planning which includes detailed floor plans and elevations. Our plans include electrical, plumbing and venting locations for precise installations.
Ordering Materials
When the designs have been approved, we order the cabinets, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures and any other material needed. We oversee the order processing, shipping and delivery.
Delivery, Installation & Supervision
We provide supervision and coordination through the delivery and installation process. We will oversee the delivery and provide an installation kit for your installer. We are used to working closely with contractors. We stay on the project from concept to completion, collaborating with you as the owner/builder, your contractor or architect.
